Troubleshooting

Analysis won't run / fails immediately: confirm every construct in the model has at least one indicator assigned, and that the dataset attached to the model actually contains those indicator columns.

A model doesn't converge: this is usually a specification issue rather than a bug -- try a construct with too few indicators, a very small sample relative to model complexity, or near-perfect collinearity between indicators.

A professional feature appears locked: check Settings > License -- features beyond the core trial set require an active license (see the Pricing page for the exact trial/full split).
