Running PLS-SEM

With a model built and a dataset attached, open the Calculate menu and choose PLS-SEM Algorithm. The base algorithm run (outer weights, loadings, path coefficients, R²) is available in the free trial.

Bootstrapping, and every analysis beyond the base algorithm run, requires an active ResearchPLS license -- see the Pricing page for what's included in the trial versus the full version.

Convergence is reported after each run: the number of iterations and whether the algorithm converged within the configured tolerance. A non-converging model usually points to a specification issue (e.g. too few indicators per construct) worth revisiting in the Model Builder.
